This document summarizes perinatal mortality statistics from two units at PIMS hospital over a period of time. It provides data on total births and deaths, as well as breakdowns of stillbirths and neonatal deaths by cause, weight, gestational age, and booking status. The overall perinatal mortality rate was 40.1 per 1000 births and the stillbirth rate was 13.11 per 1000 total births. The leading causes of stillbirths were preterm birth, anomalies, and unexplained intrauterine deaths. Most stillbirths occurred between 24-33 weeks gestation and weighed less than 1000 grams.
