To develop an app which enables to
• find a perfect house
• customise it to requirement
• schedule a visit
• The company would acquire houses from the landlords and
then reach out to people looking for rental house.
• We would analyze the market spectrum to bring the best
rental solution, well tailoring customers needs and fitting in
the azimuth of budget.
• Our customers need to tell us the requirements
through our App while we find for them a perfect
rental house.
Furnished homes:
Customisation is a problem.
Hefty rents
Broker fee
Majority of the listings are stale or through brokers
Way to get a home on rent often passes through
heavy brokerage fee.

Our App would provide rental house
options for even few months. People now
don’t have to burn their pockets in hotels
stay. They can enjoy comfortable, hassel
free stay.
