His responsibilities included animal care, telephone communication, medical procedures, laboratory tests, maintaining the workplace environment, and entering client data and booking appointments. He utilized skills from his schooling like medical terminology, scheduling, critical thinking, technical skills, time management, and collaboration. While he enjoyed interacting with the animals, answering multiple phone calls during his first days was challenging, though he overcame it by improving his time management.

continue to work on and why ?
I would like to keep working in medical field because I love to be a part of
healthcare system and helping people by facilitating them the best services and on
quick bases. I think I will need all the skills that I have learnt during this internship
such as how to maintain workplace environment and how to handle different
situations in healthcare and different type of patients.

placement and what did you struggle
with ?
My favorite part of placement was dealing with the animals because I
love animals and helping them the best medical services. I struggled
during the some first days of placement when I handled lot of phone
calls because this was my first experience but I managed to do that by
managing by time in the job.
