• We will create a set of goals for team to achieve.
For eg.
– Level 1 : Celebrate launch with 5 doctors in next 3
days to reach to next level
– Level 2 : Write a detailing story to convert a doctor
who is prescribing xyz to our brand our brand and get
10 likes on that to unloaack next level
– Level 3 : Get 50 units of POB and upload the bill
– Level 4 : Complete a course on nalanda and upload
the certifficate
– …. And so on
