EVENT SPONSORSHIP/VENDOR INFORMATION
   Past similar events have attracted several thousands attendees.
   Raise funds for NEW Off –Leash Dog Park in Worthington - WOOF
   Educate the community on the urgency and importance of pet adoption.
   Live Entertainment
   On-going Pet events throughout the day:
   $50 per booth space paid by September 15, 2009.
   Vendor is responsible for providing own table and cover.
   No electric will be provided.
   All dogs must be current on vaccinations (please wear collar tag if
    possible) and are required to be leashed at all times.


Vendor Hours: 11:00 – 4:00p.m. Rain or Shine.
Vendor Set Up: 8:30 – 10:30a.m, Must be ready to go by 10:30am
Vendor Tear Down: 4:00 – 6:00p.m. (no tear down prior to 4:00pm)
Rain or Shine.

Can be paid by Check made out to “Leadership Worthington”
Visa or MC Payments must be received in advance by September 15, 2009.
All payments must be received in advance.

VENDOR
         RULES & REGULATIONS
*Vendor fees waved for all non-profit organizations. Non-profits my collect
donations, and sell ‘organization related’ merchandise however we ask, out of
respect for the event’s beneficiary, WOOF, that no further or in-depth fundraising
activities are conducted.

*All rescue and shelters should bring adequate shelter (tent) and accommodations
(dog beds) as the event will be held on a paved surface.

Please read the following rules and regulations before completing the
vendor application.
1. Single booth spaces will be approximately 10ft x 10ft.
2. Spaces are limited.
3. Setup time starts Saturday morning 8:30am. All vehicles must be out of
the festival area by 1030am. Show hours are 11am -4pm, Saturday. No one
is to tear down before 4pm unless prior arrangements have been made with the
FIDO Fest committee.
4. Parking for those showing or exhibiting will be in designated areas. No
vehicle(s) shall be left at the booth site without prior authorization. Vehicles
parking in front of the fire station will be towed at the owner’s expense.
5. We retain the right to select vendors and all decisions are FINAL.
6. Please list all items being sold/on display on your application.
7. All vendors MUST supply their own set-up (i.e. tables, chairs, canopy, etc).
Please be prepared for all weather conditions. We will not be responsible for
covering items in the event of rain, or liable for any items damaged.
8. Each vendor area must be kept clean at ALL times!
9. For the concern and safety of everyone, NO guns that shoot objects will be
allowed to be sold or displayed at this event.
10. This is a one day event.
11. No refunds
12. All dogs must be current on vaccinations (please wear collar tag if possible)
and are required to be leashed at all times.

The Leadership Worthington Class of 2009 is delighted to have you participate at the first annual
“Worthington Fido Fest” to be held at the Worthington Square Mall in Worthington, Ohio on
Saturday, October 3, 2009. Please submit your application as soon as possible, as our booth
reservations are limited and are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

Participation Flyer that will be distributed on the day of the event to all guests. Please

Columbus, Ohio 43214.

The Worthington Square and or the City of Worthington, Leadership Worthington, Woof or
anyone affiliated with the Worthington Fido Fest will not be held responsible or liable for
accidents, injuries, or the loss or damage of goods associated with Fido Fest. All dogs must be
current on vaccinations (please wear collar tag if possible) and are required to be leashed at all
times.I have fully read and understand the requirements and guidelines for the Worthington Fido
