All the time people hide behind masks and do what they think to appear as artists, but they are looking in the same time to remain
authentic. In the end, by playing with many masks and plans, we discover and rediscover ourselves.
The festival:
Festival masks and hand-made products will bring area goodies, the festival camping site will be games room as well, and the nights will end up with stories on the terrace "La Cleat".
The festival will officially be opened on Thursday evening, at 21.00, in the Central Park of Bran village , by the latest film directed by the renowned spanish director Álex de la Iglesia,
named ‘’Mask,,, one of the six films competing for the trophy “Full Moon". Also on the first day in Room Karloff, from 18.00, will run an Indian film "Ludo" (r. Q, Nikon), which is a bloody story
about four teenagers and a cursed game. Vertiglo cinema will test the strength of spectators, from 23.00, with the award-winning "Sensoria" (r. Christian Hallman), about a haunted apartment. As a
special event, we will be please by the cine-concert Genuine: a vampire’s story (dir. Robert Wiene, 1920), a silent horror movie accompanied by music and sound effects in real-time (live Foley) of
those in Foley'Ala Friday at 21.00 in the Central Park. The fantastic workshops will operate on Friday and Saturday from 12.00. Participants will create their own pendants, cubist masks, evil horns,
mummy jars, cute ghosts, monsters from plastic bottles and stones, and fantastic projectors.
For a third year in a row, Bran returns “The possessed projectionist “, the ghost hunt site that will test the seeker’s perspicuity. This year, participants will have the opportunity to hear the
full story of this character, one that has already entered the local legend. Along the way, they must decipher treasure maps to find clues hidden in cryptograms and learn the secrets of magic potions.
The ghost hunt will take place on Friday and Saturday, and enrolments will be made on site, starting on Thursday, in teams of 2-4 people. Ingenious escape rooms will be located in Bran.
in the already famous "The Dungeon“, teams must put together the clues hidden in the room, open locks, decipher codes and solve puzzles in order to escape from prison in 60 minutes.
And for the first time in Romania, Escapemyroom.ro presents a real escape game: "Harry Potter And The Cursed Child" made after the last book of the Harry Potter written by J. K. Rowling. Its
secrets will be revealed by the bravest in a cellar in Bran village.
