This document provides information about the renovation of the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, California. The renovation transformed a long-unused post office into a performing arts center through precision craftsmanship and modern design solutions while carefully reviving the original Renaissance-inspired architecture. Challenges included extreme acoustical demands due to the large hard surfaces. Fellert plaster was used on 6,500 square feet of the ceiling and walls to achieve a Noise Reduction Coefficient of 0.85 and provide acoustic performance for the new use as a performing arts center.
