2. FEELING THE MUSIC
Children dance to the different styles of music. During the
pause, they freeze and keep the pose. Then they
concentrate on their breathing.

3. GOALS:
 Beeing in the moment;
 awarness of the body;
 getting in touch with emotions, innerself;
 Relaxation;
 breaking the routine;
 adapting to the felling to music;
 awarness of space.
