The students in class B2 of the 7th Primary School of Egaleo decided to help feed the birds in their neighborhood as part of a Comenius Project from 2010-2012. They prepared bird food by mixing dried nuts, crumbs, corn flakes and butter, then freezing the mixture on pieces of wood and hanging them from trees to provide nourishment for the urban birds.

2. Birds cannot find their food easy in big cities.So our class decided to feed them.

3. We prepared their food: we mixed dried nuts, crumbs, corn flakes and butter. We put a little piece of wood or a branch in the middle.We put it in the refrigerator so the butter to freeze.

4. After we took it out of the refrigerator we hang it on a tree. Food is ready!
