SUMMARY
I am a PMP certified project manager retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant after
23 years of service. I have over 20 years of experience managing all aspects of projects and departments while
controlling cost, schedule and performance. As the Project lead I currently manages 2 Heath Information
Technology, Blood Establishment Computer Systems (BECS) projects for the Department of Defense Enterprise
Blood Management System (EBMS). My team deployed the first ever DOD enterprise wide blood donor system
while decommissioning the legacy system. The team is sustaining EBMS-D at 20 locations worldwide and is
schedule and planning for the system upgrade in the next year.
