Everybody seems to be running short of time nowadays so people are in the state of rush when they are on Roads. . The growing number of vehicles, population and indiscipline attitude of road users are some of the concerns for the road accidents. In recent years the number of road accidents growing rapidly. In this paper we use Combined Disjoint Block Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (CDBFCMs) to study the attitudes of road users in fatigue related accidents.This paper has four sections. Section one gives the basic notations and definitions. Section two describes the hidden pattern of CDBFCMs. Section three deals with the Description of the problem and analysis using Combined Disjoint Block Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (CDBFCMs). In the final section gives the conclusion based on our study.

Abstract

Fuzzy logic is shown to be a very promising mathematical approach for modelling traffic and transportation processes characterized by subjectivity, ambiguity, uncertainty and imprecision. The basic premises of fuzzy logic systems are presented as well as a detailed analysis of fuzzy logic systems developed to solve various traffic and transportation planning problems. Emphasis is put on the importance of fuzzy logic systems as universal approximators in solving traffic and transportation problems. This paper presents an analysis of the results achieved using fuzzy logic to model complex traffic and transportation processes.

Abstract: Bus mass transport vehicles are designed to ferry passengers along routes in cities and between cities. Advancement of technology in the 21st century has resulted in various designs of buses. Innovation in bus design has been centered on lightweight materials, formability and aesthetic appeal of the bus interior and exterior. Meanwhile the bus structure has not developed in terms of emergency exit tools to aid quick passenger egress in the case of emergency. This paper focuses on the design on a bus emergency exit tool. This tool will be applicable at designated emergency exit windows. The tool will assist passengers to escape the bus as soon as an accident occurs while emergency services have not yet arrived. The design will be modelled using SolidWorks software.

Pedestrian Accident Scenario of Dhaka City and Development of a Prediction Model

Road users make vital decisions to safely maneuver their vehicles based on the road markers, which need to be correctly classified. The road markers classification is significantly important especially for the autonomous car technology. The current problems of extensive processing time and relatively lower average accuracy when classifying up to five types of road markers are addressed in this paper. Two novel real time video processing methods are proposed by extracting two formulated features namely the contour number, , and angle, 휃 to classify the road markers. Initially, the camera position is calibrated to obtain the best Field of View (FOV) for identifying a customized Region of Interest (ROI). An adaptive smoothing algorithm is performed on the ROI before the contours of the road markers and the corresponding two features are determined. It is observed that the achievable accuracy of the proposed methods at several non-urban road scenarios is approximately 96% and the processing time per frame is significantly reduced when the video resolution increases as compared to that of the existing approach.

In this paper we analyzed the impact of Right to Information Act among public people using Neutrosophic Cognitive Map (NCM) which is the generalization of Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCMs). This paper has five sections. First section gives the information about the development of FCM and NCM. Second section gives the preliminaries of FCM’s, NCM’s and methods of determining the hidden pattern of NCM’s. Nowadays, researchers are incorporating many modern and significant features on advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Lane marking detection is one of them, which allows the vehicle to maintain the perspective road lane. Conventionally, it is detected through handcrafted and very specialized features and goes through substantial post-processing, which leads to high computation, and less accuracy. Additionally, this conventional method is vulnerable to environmental conditions, making it an unreliable model. Consequently, this research work presents a deep learningbased model that is suitable for diverse environmental conditions, including multiple lanes, different daytime, different traffic conditions, good and medium weather conditions, and so forth. This approach has been derived from plain encode-decode E-Net architecture and has been trained by using the differential and cross-entropy losses for the backpropagation. The model has been trained and tested using 3,600 training and 2,700 testing images from TuSimple, a robust public dataset. Input images from very diverse environmental conditions have ensured better generalization of the model. This framework has reached a max accuracy of 96.61%, with an F1 score of 96.34%, a precision value of 98.91%, and a recall of 93.89%. Besides, this model has shown very small false positive and false negative values of 3.125% and 1.259%, which bits the performance of most of the existing state of art models.

This study is attention to the car-following model, an important part in the micro traffic flow. Different from Nagel–Schreckenberg’s studies in which car-following model without agent drivers and diligent ones, agent drivers and diligent ones are proposed in the car-following part in this work and lane-changing is also presented in the model. The impact of agent drivers and diligent ones under certain circumstances such as in the case of evacuation is considered. Based on simulation results, the relations between evacuation time and diligent drivers are obtained by using different amounts of agent drivers; comparison between previous (Nagel–Schreckenberg) and proposed model is also found in order to find the evacuation time. Besides, the effectiveness of reduction the evacuation time is presented for various agent drivers and diligent ones.

Multi-lane highways symbolize the plurality of the overall length of highway network in Egypt. The most serious factors affecting the capacity for any roadway are counted the road geometry and the percentage of heavy vehicles (HV). Subsequently, this research aims to discuss the relationship between the road geometric characteristics and HV, and capacity by statistical modeling. The modeling is divided into two models. First is the modeling for capacity on one direction of flow (COD) and second is the modeling for capacity on right lane (CRL). In this study, the road geometric and traffic data are collected from straight section at 28 various sites that are located in desert highways. These sites are separated into 14 sections in divided four-lane roads, 7 sections in divided six-lane roads, and 7 sections in divided eight-lane roads. The results showed that the statistical modeling gives models with high R 2 (coefficient of determination) and low ǁδǁ (percent error) values for estimating COD and CRL. In addition, the most influential variables on COD in all sites are lane number (NL), median width (MW), and HV respectively, while the most influential variables on CRL in all sites are MW and HV, respectively. These results are so important for road authorities in Egypt as they can determine capacity for different straight sections and improve the traffic performance of them in the future.

Accident black spots are usually defined as road locations with a high risk of fatal accidents. A thorough analysis of these areas is essential to determine the real causes of mortality due to these accidents and can thus help anticipate the necessary decisions to be made to mitigate their effects. In this context, this study aims to develop a model for the identification, classification and analysis of black spots on roads in Morocco. These areas are first identified using extreme learning machine (ELM) algorithm, and then the infrastructure factors are analyzed by ordinal regression. The XGBoost model is adopted for weighted severity index (WSI) generation, which in turn generates the severity scores to be assigned to individual road segments. The latter are then classified into four classes by using a categorization approach (high, medium, low and safe). Finally, the bagging extreme learning machine is used to classify the severity of road segments according to infrastructures and environmental factors. Simulation results show that the proposed framework accurately and efficiently identified the black spots and outperformed the reputable competing models, especially in terms of accuracy 98.6%. In conclusion, the ordinal analysis revealed that pavement width, road curve type, shoulder width and position were the significant factors contributing to accidents on rural roads.

The traffic in urban areas is primarily controlled by traffic lights, contributing to the excessive, if not properly installed, long waiting times for vehicles. The condition is compounded by the increasing number of road accidents involving pedestrians in cities across the world. Thus, this work presents an integrated tripartite module for an intelligent traffic light system. This system has enough ingredients for success that can solve the above challenges. The proposed system has three modules: the intelligent visual monitoring module, intelligent traffic light control module, and the intelligent recommendation module for emergency vehicles. The monitor module is a visual module capable of identifying the conditions of traffic in the streets. The intelligent traffic light control module configures many intersections in a city to improve the flow of vehicles. Finally, the intelligent recommendation module for emergency vehicles offers an optimal path for emergency vehicles. The evaluation of the proposed system has been carried out in Al-Sader city/Bagdad/Iraq. The intelligent recommendation module for the emergency vehicles module shows that the optimization rate average for the optimal path was in range 67.13% to 92%, where the intelligent traffic light control module shows that the optimization ratio was in range 86% to 91.8%.

Detection of software bugs and its occurrences, repudiation and its root cause is a very difficult process in large multi threaded applications. It is a must for a software developer or software organization to identify bugs in their applications and to remove or overcome them. The application should be protected from malfunctioning. Many of the compilers and Integrated Development Environments are effectively identifying errors and bugs in applications while running or compiling, but they fail in detecting actual cause for the bugs in the running applications. The developer has to reframe or recreate the package with the new one without bugs. It is time consuming and effort is wasted in Software Development Life Cycle. There is a possibility to use graph mining techniques in detecting software bugs. But there are many problems in using graph mining techniques. Managing large graph data, processing nodes with links and processing subgraphs are the problems to be faced in graph mining approach. This paper presents a novel algorithm named BugLoc which is capable of detecting bugs from the multi threaded software application. The BugLoc uses object template to store graph data which reduces graph management complexities. It also uses substring analysis method in detecting frequent subgraphs. The BugLoc then analyses frequent subgraphs to detect exact location of the software bugs. The experimental results show that the algorithm is very efficient, accurate and scalable for large graph dataset.

The detection of moving object is an important in many applications such as a vehicle identification in a traffic monitoring system,human detection in a crime branch.In this paper we identify a vehicle in a video sequence.This paper briefly explain the detection of moving vehicle in a video.We introduce a new algorithm BGS for idntifying vehicle in a video sequence. First, we differentiate the foreground from background in frames by learning the background. Then, the image is divided into many small nonoverlapped frames. The candidates of the vehicle part can be found from the frames if there is some change in gray level between the current image and the background. The extracted background subtraction method is used in subsequent analysis to detect a vehicle and classify moving vehicle.

This paper presents an implementation of one dimensional Burgers equation using implicit method with Intel Xeon Phi Coprocessor. In particular, we used MAGMA MIC library which is an open source high performance library for solving a systems of non-linear equations. Further for high performance computation we consider offload mode as the primary mode of operation for Intel Xeon phi coprocessor. The result obtained from implicit scheme is then compared with the exact values and it’s seen that the results obtained are approximate and reliable. The result table showed that the proposed scheme achieved higher performance on Intel MIC platform.

The multi-factorial chronicle, severe disease among human is diabetes. As a result of abnormal level of glucose in body leads to heart attack, kidney disease, renal failure, Hyperglycemia and also cancer in organs like liver and pancreas. Many studies have been proved that several types of heart diseases are possible in diabetic patients having a high blood sugar. Many approaches were proposed to diagnose both Diabetes and heart diseases. Most of the diabetes people can also have heart diseases called as Diabetic Cardiomyopathy. The earliest manifestation of diabetic cardiomyopathy is needed certain processes. The objective of the study is to examine the association of heart disease and diabetes. The relationship between diabetes and cardiovascular diseases are examined by taking into account of age, sex and associated diabetic and cardiovascular risk factors. The data are collected from patients with diabetes. From these data, features are selected by ant colony optimization and those selected features are given to hybrid PSO-LIBSVM to classify abnormal and normal data. This performance is evaluated using performance metrics and proved this classifiers efficiency for detection of Diabetic Cardiomyopathy.

Cryptography is important in communicating secured information that is vulnerable to distortion. The main goal of this paper is encrypting the small arbitrary length data without any changes in the length and data type. We propose a flexible arbitrary length small domain block cipher (FPESD). FPESD is based on AES Algorithm. The resulting cipher text is the same as input plaintext. Here, we use Galois finite field GF (28) and format preserving key to implement FPE. For decryption format preserving key is used along with cipher text and secret key.

Test Suite Reduction is an optimization technique to identify the minimally sized subset of test cases with enforced constraints involved. The main purpose of test suite reduction is to deduce increased number of test cases that in turn increase the time and cost involved in execution. Fault Detection is the method of identifying the faults that affect the outcome of the system either logically or syntactically. This paper focuses on the reduction of the test suite that has high fault identification rates and also incurs low cost of execution of test cases. The proposed approach includes a new parameter Fault Detection Effectiveness to identify fault rates of test suite; an algorithm for test suite reduction based on priority of requirements; a low cost framework to identify the execution of test cases with minimum budget. Thus, the proposed work defines a test suite that has high fault detection effectiveness providing maximum coverage to requirements at minimum cost of execution.

As the e-commerce is gaining popularity various customer surveys of objects are currently accessible on the Internet. These surveys are frequently disordered, prompting challenges in knowledge discovery and object assessment. This article proposes an object feature positioning skeleton, which consequently recognizes the critical features of an object from online customer surveys. The critical object features are recognized focused around two perceptions: 1) they are normally commented extensively by customers and 2) customer suppositions on the critical feature significantly impact their general assessments on the object. Specifically, given the customer surveys of an item, we first extract the object feature by a shallow reliance parser and focus customer suppositions on these features through an opinion characterizer. We then create a probabilistic object feature positioning calculation to identify the criticalness of perspectives by at the same time considering feature recurrence and the impact of customer opinion given to every feature over their general opinion. The experimental results on 3 popular products demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.

Cloud Computing makes data really mobile and a client can simply access a chosen cloud with any internet accessible device. The espousal and dispersion of Cloud computing are threatened by unresolved security issues that affect both the cloud provider and the cloud user. The integrity of data stored in the cloud is one of the challenges to be addressed before the novel storage model is applied widely. This paper analyses the efficiency issues and security dodge of an existing scheme and proposes an amended data integrity scheme using improved RSA and number theory based concept for cloud archive. This scheme of protecting the integrity of guest virtual machines can be agreed upon by both the cloud and the customer and can be incorporated in the service level agreement (SLA).Based onhypothetical analysis, we demonstrate that the proposedscheme has a provably safe and highly adroit dataintegrity inspection measure.

Effectual Data Integrity Checking Technique Based on Number Theory

What cause to the neurons of the human brain cells when they are damaged. They become inactive. So damage to subthalamiuc nucleus (STN) neurons of the human brain causing larger involuntary movements and thereby attacking the Parkinson’s disease (PD). Deep brain stimulation (DBS) of bilateral sub thalamic nuclei (STN) is an efficient method of rehabilitation technique in subjects with advanced idiopathic Parkinson’s (or Parkinson) disease. Accurate targeting of STN neurons and placement of microelectrodes/ (neurosensors) are paramount importance for optimal results after STN-DBS method.In this paper, microminiaturized electrode recordings (MER) of STN neurons were detected in a mean of 3.5 ±1.1 channels on right hemisphere and 3.6 ±1.04 on left hemisphere.Final channel selected were most commonly central seen in 42.3% followed by anterior in 33.7%. When a high current is delivered to STN or GPi neurons of basal ganglia (a component of human brain), causing their inhibition and improved indication of symptoms. It is now known that there is a significant change in the firing pattern and a reorganization of the entire basal ganglia circuit with DBS. The MER of STN neurons has identified a specific high frequency irregular larger amplitude firing patterns seen only in disease states and hence used to detect the neurons of ST nucleus during functional surgery. Microelectrode recording is so useful to confirm the right path but has to be taken in consideration with effects on macro stimulation.

Understanding circumstellar disks is of prime importance in astrophysics, however, their birth process remains poorly constrained due to observational and numerical challenges. Recent numerical works have shown that the small-scale physics, often wrapped into a sub-grid model, play a crucial role in disk formation and evolution. This calls for a combined approach in which both the protostar and circumstellar disk are studied in concert. Aims. We aim to elucidate the small scale physics and constrain sub-grid parameters commonly chosen in the literature by resolving the star-disk interaction. Methods. We carry out a set of very high resolution 3D radiative-hydrodynamics simulations that self-consistently describe the collapse of a turbulent dense molecular cloud core to stellar densities. We study the birth of the protostar, the circumstellar disk, and its early evolution (< 6 yr after protostellar formation). Results. Following the second gravitational collapse, the nascent protostar quickly reaches breakup velocity and sheds its surface material, thus forming a hot (∼ 103 K), dense, and highly flared circumstellar disk. The protostar is embedded within the disk, such that material can flow without crossing any shock fronts. The circumstellar disk mass quickly exceeds that of the protostar, and its kinematics are dominated by self-gravity. Accretion onto the disk is highly anisotropic, and accretion onto the protostar mainly occurs through material that slides on the disk surface. The polar mass flux is negligible in comparison. The radiative behavior also displays a strong anisotropy, as the polar accretion shock is shown to be supercritical whereas its equatorial counterpart is subcritical. We also f ind a remarkable convergence of our results with respect to initial conditions. Conclusions. These results reveal the structure and kinematics in the smallest spatial scales relevant to protostellar and circumstellar disk evolution. They can be used to describe accretion onto regions commonly described by sub-grid models in simulations studying larger scale physics.

The growing number of vehicles, population and indiscipline attitude of road users are some of the concerns for the road accidents. In recent years the number of road accidents growing rapidly. In this paper we use Combined Disjoint Block Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (CDBFCMs) to study the attitudes of road users in fatigue related accidents. This paper has four sections. Section one gives the basic notations and definitions. Section two describes the hidden pattern of CDBFCMs. Section three deals with the Description of the problem and analysis using Combined Disjoint Block Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (CDBFCMs). In the final section gives the conclusion based on our study.
