FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) had Banned all manufacture for
providing or contains their food product like transfat. These policies is allowed
and started in 2018 (check these site) So all food product manufacture must
erase transfat from their product. Why FDA ban transfat from food product?
probably i'm not one who expert in these content but I've doing some online
researches and i'll explain what i've got in these posting.
Fat loss is mean reduce and controlling your food. First thing you need to know
is what you eat is contain so many affects. Transfat in your food is one of the
main problem why you can't lose your weight. What you need to do is to
controll your eating or to avoid (if you can and you must) this transfat
Remember to read nutrition label behind food product. Reading food labels
help you to track how much trans fat you eat. All packaged foods have a
nutrition label that includes fat content. Check the total fat in 1 serving.

Eating trans fat raises the level of LDL (“bad”) cholesterol in the blood. An
elevated LDL cholesterol level in the blood increases your risk of developing
heart disease, the leading cause of death in men and women in the U.S.
Mical E. Honigfort, a consumer safety officer at FDA, says that some
manufacturers still use partially hydrogenated oils in processed foods. Some
examples of foods which may contain partially hydrogenated oils include:
• crackers, cookies, cakes, frozen pies and other baked goods
• snack foods (such as some microwave popcorn)
• stick margarines
• coffee creamers
• refrigerated dough products (such as biscuits and cinnamon rolls)
• ready-to-use frostings

Limiting trans fats is one component of a healthful diet that also includes
limiting saturated fat and dietary cholesterol.
According to FDA(dot)gov site, they reccomended that adults consume no
more than approximately one third of their calories from fat to reduce their risk

Tips or solution
Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the American Heart Association gives
some reccomendation for your diet.
• You should get no more than 25% to 30% of your daily calories from
fats.
• You should limit saturated fat to less than 10% of your daily calories.
• You should limit trans fat to less than 1% of your daily calories. For
someone with a 2,000 calorie a day diet, this is about 20 calories or 2 grams per
day.
It's difficult for you? try eat more and more vegetables and fruit. It's helpfull for
you diet and losing your weight.
