This document provides instructions for students to create an oral presentation and brochure summarizing the key issues presented in the book "Fast Food Nation" in the context of Puerto Rican eating habits. Students are asked to use at least three sources to inform their summary, including references to the book. They must discuss at least five key points about the author Eric Schlosser and his examination of the fast food industry in America. The presentation will be evaluated based on thoroughness of research, proper citation of sources, creative design, and depth of coverage of important topics from the book.
