d. Select
  one
  exemplary
  strength
  and

Step
  2:
  Assess
  why

For
  each
  strength,
  determine
  which
  factor
  most
  accounts

for
  performance
  so
  that
  you

  you
  want

  by
  when,
  how

you
  will
  measure
  success,
  and
  actions
  you
  will
  take.

a. For
  the
  exemplary
  strength,
  create
  a
  plan
  to
  leverage

it
  and
  share
  it
  with
  the
  rest
  of

  of
  the
  process.

b. For
  the
  expandable
  strength,
  create
  a

  to
  improve
  performance
  based
  on
  the
  factor
  selected

in
  step

  of
  the
  process.

Step
  4:
  Time
  for
  follow-up

a. Set
  a
  time/day
  for
  regular
  (weekly)
  follow-‐up.
  While
  other

keep
  this
  appointment
  so
  that

  does
  not
  decrease.

b. When
  an
  action
  plan
  is

  further
  leverage

  grow
  the

selected
