Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse Certifying Board WOCNCB American Board of Wound Management ABWM National Alliance of Wound Care NAWC Focus: Prevention & Treatment Focus: Treatment Focus: Treatment WTA- Wound Treatment Associate Nurse, PA, RD, PT, Medic, Medical Assistant or Sales Representatives 14 online modules-21 CEs-1 day hands-on class CWCA – Eligibility: non-licensed and licensed individuals-with at least 3 years wound experience WCC ® Affiliated with Wound Care Education Institute (WCEI) Eligibility: any licensed health care provider Certification Eligibility: RN or LPN/LVN who completes the online course, documents 16 clinical hours under the direct supervision of a certified expert in wound care. Certification Eligibility: same as above: RNs, LPNs, LVNs, PTAs, certified healthcare assistants, administrators, dieticians, sales, marketing, and academic researchers Certification Eligibility: Active wound care experience - 2 years’ full time or 4 years’ part time within the past 5 years or 120 preceptor clinical hours WTA Course Fees: vary depending on location, group rates vs individuals.
