Since I was a child, my favorite question has been to understand the why of things. Enthusiasm and passion have accompanied me over time and pushed me to get involved, at work as well as during the study.
Even before concluding my university experience in Economics and Management, I started working in an international consulting company. Here I was part of large-scale national projects such as the CRM redesign of sales and maintenance processes for a national public lighting system and the launch of a smart home solution in the residential market. During this period, I did a lot of apprenticeships, but also necessary and inevitable mistakes that I managed to transform into excellent lessons. These made me mature on a personal and professional level.
Two years later, however, I decided to quit the job and start a PhD in Marketing. I am currently studying the influence of digital on the consumer and on purchasing behavior.
My main passions and areas of interest are related to:
Digital marketing
Customer experience and design of digital products
Productivity
Travel: I had work experience in Dublin and Moscow, studied in England, Spain and America, as well as having visited most of Europe.
