 FA Milestone: 3rd and Last Stage of CPF Deal Processing Review
 FA occurs after the System is built; Is it working properly
– Ensures the system is turned on and generating power
– Confirms the system is approved to be turned on by the utility and that a final inspection
took place
 When FA Certificate is Issued:
– Job has successfully completed all 3 milestones
– Installer receives remaining 20% of payment
