3. DESCRIPTION EXTINCTION
It’s an extinct specie inhabited in Europe, Asia
and North Africa. It is the ancestor of domestic
cattle; it has also been suggested as an
ancestor genetically to the modern European
bison. It can weigh from approximately 300
kilograms.
The species survived in Europe until 1627, when
the last aurochs died in the Jaktorów Forest,
Poland but, we don’t know anything about the
cause of the extinction.
4. DODO
A Dodo is a extinct animal from
the bird kingdom. A Dodo can
weigh about 23 kilograms.It had
blue-gray plumage, a big head, a
23-cm (9-inch) blackish bill with
reddish sheath forming the
hooked tip. Its wings were useless
becouse it cant fly. Its legs were
like ducks.
The first time that people saw a
Dodo was at 1507 in Portugal by
some portugese sailors. But they
also found some bones in the
Canary Islands The Dodo extinct in
1681. Becouse people were
catching them for they plumage.
