Dynamic web pages are generated on demand by scripts when requested, rather than stored as static files on a server. They allow for personalized content for each user and easier updating compared to static pages. While more complex than static pages, dynamic pages separate information from formatting, can be personalized, and are better suited for a changing technical environment, though they have slower responses and cannot be indexed by search engines.
