This document provides a recipe for tuna empanaditas, which are small tuna-filled pastries that make for an easy appetizer for parties and special occasions. The recipe calls for all-purpose flour, butter, eggs, olive oil, canned tuna, and salt and sugar to make the dough and filling. To prepare, the dry ingredients are mixed and butter is cut into the flour. Eggs, salt, sugar and water are added and mixed to form breadcrumb-like consistency. The dough is then kneaded, covered and refrigerated for 30 minutes before using to form and fill the empanaditas.
