Lucy
 The opening shots reveal a woman waking up, whilst cutting
to scenes of her at a club, giving the impression away that
she enjoys the party lifestyle, she is prone to being judged by
the audience instantly.
 The transitions are really quick, which is effective because the
audience aren’t given a lot of time to process what they see,
creating an enigma for them.
 The interchanging shots are not continual editing, the trailer
jumps to different locations and time in a short space of time.

 The structure of the trailer is the same and we can see the
progression in character development mentally and
physically.
 The trailer follows conventions of an action film; a lot of CGI is
used for the action shots, very quick transitions in between
scenes and also the use of non diegetic music, to make the
genre more noticeable.

well as a voice over from the antagonist. Thediegetic sound is the sound of
sirens from a police car, highlighting the genre, with potential crwindow and
ime elements. The following scenes show a woman looking out of a into the sky,
we then cut to an explosion of cars and the dramatic non diegetic begins to
play.
 The darkness suggests the villain’s hideout. From the way the people are
walking in sync, we can tell they are soldiers of some sort, because they are
behaving like stereotypical soldiers.
 The pace intensifies and we begin to see many explosions and also camera
angles. This is to reveal the extent of Loki’s power. After the production logo is
shown the pace quickly picks up again. We then see a montage of different
shows showing all of the protagonists, thy are revealed one by one and the
voiceover says how they all need to be brought together to defend the earth.
 There are a lot of action scenes action clips which contain fast shots and
continuity editing which builds excitement for the film and lets the audience
know that this is an action film
