Farah Mohamed-Ramli worked as the project architect for a new 46,000 square foot supermarket built in Ely, Cambridgeshire from feasibility through completion. The design of the supermarket near the historic Ely Cathedral paid careful attention to minimizing its visual impact on the cathedral and surrounding landscape by keeping the overall building height low. The store design received planning consent in June 2010 and was complimented by the local council's planning committee.
