This document outlines the requirements for Fern Disney's photography exam to be completed on various dates in April and May. It includes identifying the necessary equipment, locations that will be photographed, and topics that will be the focus of three shoots - comparing old and new images, pub fronts, and different shop fronts. Students must submit a shoot proposal, plan their photoshoots including dates and times, and ensure their exam addresses the assessment objectives by linking to other photographers' work and providing original, creative pieces.

Aim: Prepare shoot proposal for the set exam
 Identify materials equipment processes required for the set exam
 Demonstrate an ability to plan for the exam paper
Set exam dates: 25th, 27th April, 2nd, 4th ,9th, 11th, May, 16th
Note: dates highlighted in red applies only to students with
exam concession.
My exam proposal is: -
I will be working in the following locations (maximum no = 2)
Planning.
I need the following resources(include studio and materials/backdrops, tripods,
lights, etc).
I intend to shoot 1 shoot focusing on comparing Old with new images. A second
shoot focusing on pub fronts. A third shoot focusing on different shop fronts
All of my shoots will be around the same locations- Waltham Abbey Sun street- The
town high street
A tripod

2. I am planning my shoots on the following dates/times
If working on location be aware that the first shoot must be for a three hour
location excluding travel time.
You will need to plan your shoots and include the writing material within the set
time schedule… The total exam time is 10 hours
All students working on location must allow sufficient time to complete their write-
up within the set exam times
ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM AND HAND A COPY TO THE
TUTOR
Students are advised to ensure that their exam piece addresses the set
assessment objectives.

 Record of how the photographs were taken/edited
 How work links with previous posts within the blogger

All students will need to create the same blog structure as outlined in the hand-
out.
ON THURSDAY THE 20TH ALL STUDENTS MUST provide an invite to
jbell@harlow.college.co.uk to have administration rights on their COMPONENT 1
AND 2 blogger.
Your unit COMPONENT 1 & 2 blogger will be locked on the 24th of April
