Period of terror
Anxiousness and sleepless nights
Upset stomach and general
illness.
Worrying starts days before exam
is to take place.
It prevent them from performing
best.
3. Every time exams are going on, students
have a mental clock:
12 hours to exam: must look at the syllabus and
study
11 hours to exam: must seriously study, (still
looking at the syllabus)
10 hours to exam: it’s too late. Only selective
study is possible now. Call the topper and ask
what is important.
And so on the cycle goes on
deteriorating by the hour……….
4. SYMPTOMS
• Amount of sleep is directly proportional to number of days left to paper.
• Darkness under eyes is inversely proportional to number of days left for exam.
5. Your body has 10% blood, 80% water and
10% coffee/ tea.
When you lie down and try to sleep at
night you hear “services marketing can
be defined as……..”
Your feet hurt, your back hurts, your
head hurts but you are so preoccupied
you don’t even notice!
