I’m Kenshi Hiramatsu. Now, I’d like to start my presentation. The title of presentation is “Stress Evaluation Using EEG and ECG”
Outline is as follows.
In modern society, there is a wide range of stress, such as physical stress, mental stress, job stress and so on. If we get stressed out too much, we occur human errors. So, we can prevent human errors if we evaluate stress precisely.
As a way of stress evaluation, EOG, EEG, ECG, GSR, RR and another biological information are used.
In previous study using EEG, it evaluate mental workload using a wavelet transform of EEG signals. I advance my research in lien with this previous study.
Next is about experimental task. The experimental task was a continuous matching task that required the participant to indicate whether a current stimulus matched a stimulus presented on a previous trial. In the display, 12 single capital letters presented for 200 ms every 4.5 s. The possible stimulus locations were randomly selected at eight points on the display. The identity of the letter and its spatial position varied randomly from trial to trial.
