This document discusses three solutions for a 101km point-to-point transmission project requiring 8 channels of 10Gb/s data transmission. Solution A uses a single eWAVE2108 unit with a pre-EDFA and DCM to compensate for 29dB of loss. Solution B uses a single eWAVE2108 unit with a boost-EDFA and DCM. Solution C uses separate eWAVE2108 and DCM units, requiring two rack units. The document provides diagrams of the network layout and components for each solution.
