Eva's Initiatives is a nonprofit organization that provides services to homeless and at-risk youth. It opened its first emergency shelter, Eva's Place, in 1994 which offered housing and basic needs. It later expanded with the opening of Eva's Satellite in 1998 and Eva's Phoenix in 2000, which provided additional housing and employment training. The organization works to help youth develop skills to live independently and exit the shelter system through a range of programs that address needs such as mental health, substance use, family support, education and job assistance.
