The audience for the media product consists primarily of local residents in West London, including parents, students, older adults, and those who pay taxes. Stories will focus on issues relevant to West London in order to attract this local target audience. Research found that older adults who pay taxes listen more to radio and care about how money is spent and affordable housing. As a result, one story is about the mayor's plans to address London's housing crisis. Teenagers are not the target since they tend to use new social media like Facebook rather than radio or other old media.
Radio is a way to send electromagnetic signals over a long distance, to deliver information from one place to another. A machine that sends radio signals is called a transmitter, while a machine that "picks up" the signals is called a receiver or antenna. A machine that does both jobs is a "transceiver". When radio signals are sent out to many receivers at the same time, it is called a broadcast.

and secondary research we discovered that those who were older
and paid tasks were more likely to listen to the radio ,they wanted
to see what their money was being spent on and how they could
spend the rest of their wages.
As a result of this we have included news stories that relate to
them. One of our news stories mentions affordable housing ; The
article is about how the mayor of London has decided to deal with
the housing crisis in London, by creating £225 million worth of
housing. This has an impact on those tax payers as it is regarding
money.

listen to the radio , therefore our target audience will not be teenagers.
