We will…
 Define our region with a short explanation
 Investigate the different types of shopping in their region
 Investigate the different online stores and the products
marketed by them.
 Investigate whether people of your region prefer physical
shopping or online shopping
 Interview and research survey with people from various age
groups
 Investigate if the shop owners feel threatened by the increase
of online shopping
 Make a list of suggestions for local shop owner to be more
competitive, customer friendly and customer centric
 Draw a conclusion on the main question.
