Alexandra Keates was employed at Ethologie from July 6th to September 2nd 2015. She established herself as a valuable member of the PR and marketing team. When she joined, she had limited experience but proved to be exceptionally competent and a fast learner, promoting her to second in command of the PR team after a short time. During her time at Ethologie Alexandra established herself as a valuable and
irreplaceablemember ofthe PRand Marketing team, provingherconsiderableworthand
showing that she was a gifted and talented individual who could be relied upon on a day
to daybasis. WhenAlexandrajoined shehad limited experience,howevershewas proved
herself to be an exceptionally competent individual and a fast learner and so was
promoted to second in command of the in-house PR team after only a short time at the
company. She proved her professionalism in the office by both completing tasks set to a
standard of excellence but also by showing initiative. She quickly understood that due to
the fast turn-over of staff in the company there was a lack of long term continuity when
contacting sponsors, she therefore through her own initiative, created a Master Folder
for Sponsorship, in which we could record all our dealings with sponsors, consulting this
folder will now become a key part of our sponsorship sourcing. Her invaluable position
at the Ethologie offices, meant that I asked her specially to write up the season’s press
release and to meet our editors and other guests at our Catwalk show, as I felt she had
become a true asset to the brand, working tirelessly to ensure that she understood the
true ethos of the company and my designs so that she could truly and competently
represent us to external clients.
Within the office, she was organised and professional but also a greatly enjoyable person
to work with. She consistently demonstrated her ability to complete any tasks to
exceedingly high standards. Her professional manner with external clients was a great
asset to the company and in only a short period of being with us she built up reliable and
strong connections that will prove invaluable for the business. Her phone manner was
clear, confident and polite at all times.
Alexandra became a truly valued and accomplished member of my team that I
consistently relied upon as I knew that she would deliver to an exceptional standard
whatever was expectedofher.I would happily re-employ Alexandrain the future without
hesitation and she will be dearly missed within the office, as she was an exceptional
colleague.
