Toward Independent Living and Learning (TILL) is a human services organization that provides services to individuals with disabilities including acquired brain injuries, mental health issues, developmental disabilities, and autism. TILL operates day and residential programs in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and also offers family support, behavioral health, autism, and food services. TILL's food services program, Essence of Thyme and Cravings (ETC), prepares over 450,000 meals annually for schools, day cares, and senior centers, providing job training and employment for individuals with disabilities.

opportunities, real satisfaction and excellent

Our unique expertise is in providing excellent food, prepared by chefs
with extensive culinary training and experience as well as providing a
vocational training program leading to employment opportunities for
people with disabilities. Our customers take pride in partnering with
TILL, furthering their educational mission.
On average, TILL provides employment and training to 25 individuals
with disabilities.

4. Essence of Thyme and Cravings (ETC) prepares, delivers and serves over
450,000 healthy, tasty meals each year to public and private schools, day
care and senior centers throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern
New Hampshire. Our clientele increases every year.

5. Essence of Thyme and Cravings (ETC) operates three fully licensed
commercial kitchens, two of which also offer a café and gift shop. We
provide breakfasts and lunches to day care centers, senior centers,
private and charter schools, manage on-site school and employee
cafeterias as well as provide lunches to off-site contract catering
accounts.
