ERP Consulting ECI provides ERP consulting services in 3 phases. Following are examples of deliverables as part of the engagement. In the first phase, ECI will provide management consulting to help client create organizational goals and objectives. IT roadmap will be created to meet goals and objectives. Business case for ERP implementation will be presented. In the second phase, a scorecard will be created based on the requirements which will be used to evaluate tools and implementation vendors. In the final phase, ECI will make recommendations to the organization regarding the tools to use and the vendors to select. ERP Project Management ECI will provide independent Project Management oversight for the implementation. An ECI Project Manager will be assigned to the project who will create Initial project plans based on capacity plans Carry out weekly status reviews Develop and follow project communication plan Actively work on project Issues Create Risk mitigation plans ERP Project Auditing This auditing will assess deviation from planned ROI. Audit report will recommend future steps that need to be taken in order to put the project back on track.
