Cloud Readiness and Roadmap: Every team member within the customer’s organization has
unique level of understanding of the project scope, approach and readiness. The goal of this
workshop is to start building from a common foundation. The output of phase is a robust
roadmap and delivery plan for the project.
Solution Design and Configuration: Our functional team will work with the customers to design
applications as per customer requirements using Oracle Modern Best Practices and Jade
Global’s own industry specific business processes. We use workshop, interviews, user demos
and CRP (1st round of test cycle) to validate and refine application configurations. We work
