This document outlines the equipment needed for filming a project, including a Canon Powershot G12 camera that the filmmaker is familiar with, a Velbon DV7000 tripod to steady shots and make them look professional, particularly for a street scene, and an SD card to store and transfer video footage for editing on a computer.

1. Equipment Needed For Filming
Camera
For my film I will be using a Canon
Powershot G12. I have filmed with this
camera many times before and I am
familiar with the settings and
adjustments.
Tripod
I will use the Velbon DV7000 tripod in certain
scenes such as the ‘street’ scene. This steadies the
camera and makes the final result look more
professional.
SD Card
This is used to store the video footage and
enables me to upload the clips onto a
computer to edit.
