This document discusses the conceptual framework of entrepreneurial education at entrepreneurially oriented universities. It outlines that a university's culture, including both static elements like bureaucracy and dynamic elements like willingness to take risks, influences the entrepreneurship education activities. The culture must support both static knowledge like theories as well as dynamic learning of current practices. For effective entrepreneurship teaching, the university needs an enterprising culture and structure that can frequently change and progress at the rate of the outside world. Specifically, increasing a university's entrepreneurial orientation and risk-taking culture will increase the dynamic elements of both its overall culture and entrepreneurship education activities.

The decline in the quality of education leads to its collapse, which in turn leads to the collapse of the nation. Therefore, the task of ensuring the quality of education is a priority for every state. The combination of education and innovation is the undisputed driving force behind the vector of development in the era of ephemerality. This section discusses the problem of supporting research and educational institutions. The method of selective financing of scientific and educational institutions, which create innovative technologies taking into account their investments in innovative developments, is offered. On the basis of statistical data on indicators of an estimation of activity of scientific and educational institutions and an indicator of innovative potential of a scientific and educational institution from implementation of innovations, a calculation of their rating has been carried out. In order to stimulate scientific and educational institutions to create innovative technologies, the introduction of targeted investment is proposed. The problem of quantitative assessment of the rate of targeted investment on the basis of the comprehensive approach to the indicators of innovation potential from innovation and the rating of research and educational institutions has been solved. The approbation of the offered technique by an experimental method has been carried out, the targeted capital investments on the basis of the complex approach have been defined.

In response to the policy of Ministry of Education, colleges in China revised their undergraduate degree curriculum to include entrepreneurship education. We conducted a research on 318 undergraduate students from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics to study the impact of seminar-based and traditional entrepreneurship education pedagogy on college student entrepreneurial intention, by hierarchical regression analysis. In addition, the article researched the moderation effect caused by the different education pedagogy on ‘entrepreneurial attitude affects entrepreneurial intention’ and ‘entrepreneurial confidence affects entrepreneurial intention’ by introducing the segmentation variables of entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial confidence to the model. The findings of this research have important empirical implications toward future college education reformation.

This session draws on the experience of different institutions and their approach to addressing inequity in education within a HE context. Colleagues from De Montfort University, Kent University and University of the Arts London discuss how they are utilising mandatory staff development programmes, in the shape of Postgraduate Certificates to help academic staff to innovate and transform their teaching practice in light of the decolonising agenda.
Each of these institutions have various levels of experience in adopting this approach. Each will explain their individual approaches and reflect on the strengths and challenges they have encountered. In sharing this practice, we hope to inspire other institutions to also take bolder steps to developing a more equitable and inclusive student learning experience through their PG Certs.
We propose to run a structured plenary discussion providing an overview of the different approaches that institutions have taken to bringing issues of inclusive practice, decolonisation and racial and social justice into the key remit of mandatory PG Certs. There will be opportunity for delegates to reflect on challenges/approaches of presenting a similar approach within their institution.

Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing.
