5. PROVIDING INFRASTRUCTURE
 In addition to its traditional role of providing
assistance to entrepreneurs at the ECC, the
County will also provide space on a complementary
basis to non-profits in order to provide a forum
that builds a healthy and sustainable ecosystem
together.
