Engage OutsideProviders and renew contracts with reference to accreditation e.g. Duke of Edinburgh Award June‘11 LH/DP
Gather Enrichment Options from staff / providers.
Forward completed document to SR for room allocation.

Update Collation spreadsheetand put on VLE.
- Raisecurrent student list(for all years) fromSIMS and replaceold liston spreadsheet.
- Remove any classes no longer on offer and add any new options (includingmax classsizewhere applicable).
- Add any other class restrictions (e.g.girl’s only clubs or excludeyear groups).
- Double check Collation spreadsheetagainstthe Options one completed by staff.
- Create ‘Assignment’ in relevant area on the VLE with instructions on howto return the response.

- Create screen shot, step by step guide.
- Forward document to all staff.

- Double check all information on each document is correct.
- Pass electronically to IT Dept to upload on front page of VLE.
- Pass A4 copy to IM to includein Newsletter/Bulletin.
- Print20 A3 colour copies and display around school.
- E-mail A4 copies to form tutors so they can go through this with their classes.
