A Chrome extension called eNotate helps students manage citations and generate bibliographies. Unlike EasyBib which has ads and a poor interface, eNotate is a Chrome extension with no ads that runs directly on webpages and copies the bibliography to the clipboard. During user testing, some said they wanted the option to choose citation styles like APA instead of just MLA, and that pre-filling citations from webpages would be useful instead of filling out forms from scratch. eNotate addresses these issues by allowing users to specify a citation style, scraping webpages to pre-populate forms, and using more descriptive labels when adding sources.
