Who is a Prosumer?
– Prosumers are typically a day to day consumer
who is extremely price sensitive and is looking for
opportunities to increase his earnings.
– He is somebody who is seeking either self
employment oppertunities
– Is a new age consumer with huge aspirations for a
better life
– Typically belongs to the SEC “B & C” of the social
strata
Earning Potential
A prosumer can earn two kinds of rewards for
their efforts.

Commission Structure

The Modus Operandi
Territory Based Micro Commerce Enterprise
Which will be the focal point for all
transactions.
Parent organization HQ in Singapore
Prosumer will join an MCE based
on his own territory location.
Country organization that will operate under
the license from the parent organization.
Country Establishment
• Will be legal registered entity in the
country under the name Nisadya.
• Will obtain the license to operate the
entire operations in the country
• Will be responsible for the entire
business model in that country.
• Will adhere to all local laws and
taxations in the country of operations.
Micro Commerce Enterprise
– Micro Commerce Enterprise ( MCE ) will have
terrotorial right to conduct business.
– Will be a legally registered company.
– Will be responsible for selling of the subscription
kits For each Kit sold he will get INR. 300/-
– MCE will be the focal point for all interactions and
transactions
– A Prosumer when he joins must be attached to an
MCE of his territory.
– The MCE will also be responsible for the
distribution of the commission structure.
– Once the MCE completes his entire matix of 5X7,
he will be paid an additional 1% of the total
additional turonover achived.
– The commission payable would be forced
disbursed once a week to the various prosumers
in his company.
Points Exchange
– The offer will be that the members of that loyalty
program can come and join nisadya as a
Prosumer.
– All their reward points in the earlier program will
be honored for product purchase on e-
Nisadya.com.
– The Prosumer can simply burn their points to book
products.
Corporate Social
Responsibility
– 1 % of the entire earning of e-nisadya will be
spent towards the CSR initiatives that the
company will embark on.
– The stated CSR initiative will be in the area of girl
child education.
– The CSR organization will align itself with the
government programs in this area and find areas
where it can partner for activities that are
beneficial to the society.

  • 20. Territory Based Micro Commerce Enterprise Which will be the focal point for all transactions. Parent organization HQ in Singapore Prosumer will join an MCE based on his own territory location. Country organization that will operate under the license from the parent organization.
  • 21. Country Establishment • Will be legal registered entity in the country under the name Nisadya. • Will obtain the license to operate the entire operations in the country • Will be responsible for the entire business model in that country. • Will adhere to all local laws and taxations in the country of operations.
  • 22. Micro Commerce Enterprise – Micro Commerce Enterprise ( MCE ) will have terrotorial right to conduct business. – Will be a legally registered company. – Will be responsible for selling of the subscription kits For each Kit sold he will get INR. 300/- – MCE will be the focal point for all interactions and transactions – A Prosumer when he joins must be attached to an MCE of his territory. – The MCE will also be responsible for the distribution of the commission structure. – Once the MCE completes his entire matix of 5X7, he will be paid an additional 1% of the total additional turonover achived. – The commission payable would be forced disbursed once a week to the various prosumers in his company.
  • 23. Points Exchange – The offer will be that the members of that loyalty program can come and join nisadya as a Prosumer. – All their reward points in the earlier program will be honored for product purchase on e- Nisadya.com. – The Prosumer can simply burn their points to book products.
  • 24. Corporate Social Responsibility – 1 % of the entire earning of e-nisadya will be spent towards the CSR initiatives that the company will embark on. – The stated CSR initiative will be in the area of girl child education. – The CSR organization will align itself with the government programs in this area and find areas where it can partner for activities that are beneficial to the society.
