Technology constantly changes and many people have grown a lot more attached to their mobile devices. Smartphones and tablets have become the one-stop-shop for communication and entertainment, and people are also increasingly using them to accomplish work-related tasks, with just a simple swipe of the finger.
We propose a methodology to measure object’s dimension using Augmented reality based smartphone application.
This technique is quite useful for various applications like proper package size estimation in packaging industry, interior object dimension for decoration industry ,measuring the area, breadth, angle, and depth of text and sprites for game development, animation, or graphic design purposes.
In particular this method is very useful whenever a measuring tape or scale is not available.
We use accelerometer, gyroscope available in smart-phones to record real-time data which help to understand mobile’s movement.
These data will be used to measure dimensions of the live object by calibrating mobile from one point to another using point cloud in unity.
The Quantify app's augmented reality capabilities provide enhanced visualization, enabling you to see measurements directly overlaid on the real-world environment.

Mobile applications are becoming an emerging property in today’s world. Delivering high
quality mobile applications by improving the quality of the user interface is a definitive guide in
building successful mobile applications and will have a significant increase in the market for
that application. This paper addresses some issues related to mobile user interface, current
input system and user dictionary. After analysing these issues we have proposed a new system
by making some improvements to the current input system and user dictionary. In order to
improve the current system, we have taken some issues related to one of the most widely used
data entry methods ‘Keyboard’ and proposed some improvements by introducing Smart
Optimized Keyboard (STOKE). We have provided the results, which include performance,
reduction in number of keystrokes, and screen space. This describes the significant change after
adopting the proposed keyboard. In the end, we have proposed an optimized way of building up
the user dictionary, which assists the user in inserting the input very easily, rapidly and
effectively. In a combine, these two will help in providing the best user experience to the users.

observed that Visual Basic is having some better advantages over others like it will give dot frame work for design of product
input base as well as it can be easily interface with intermediate software like Microsoft excel which provides an input to other
modeling or analysis software and among all available parametric modeling software CREO is widely used in industries because
it has best parameterization quality. In this paper, integration of product design software developed using Visual Basic as
computer programming language and CREO Parametric as modeling software by taking the case study of design of CI Engine
parts has been done to validate the concept. Simulation of CI Engine is added in developed GUI which gives results of pressure,
temperature, volume at each crank angle of crankshaft in the form of graphs and maximum value of pressure and temperature got

A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.
