Hi Dann
Thank you for meeting Toby last Monday, he met me straight after and was very positive...not going to be easy for
him but he is showing positive signs of trying.
He would like to keep the continuity of meeting you once a week up if you can, although he thinks he doesn’t need
to, he’s agreed and I just think it’s a good for him to have the support....he said he was going to txt you about
meeting up tonight but he is currently at work in London today and think his phone has run out .
1:1 DS Support
Thanks for the brief about the impact of his drug use. This fits very well with what ESA give points for.
Good job.

1:1 CVG – Alcohol Y-Centre
Hi Dan,
Just to confirm that Chloe viewed her meeting with you last week as very positive.
She said that she felt she had gleaned enough information from your discussions to be helpful at this time.
She said she did not require further support at this time but knows she can make contact again should she have
further concerns.
Thank you for your support.

1:1 DS Support
I have suggested CBT might be helpful for his anxiety. He said he has had counselling before and he doesn’t feel they
give a s&*t, but he likes meeting with you and would like to meet more often if that is possible and he is really cross
when he gets up late and misses you. He appreciates you texting and checking in with him and meeting up for
coffee.
Thanks

What do you think of the person who you worked with, did they help, was it clear etc?
“He’s a LEGEND”
Rugdwick Youth Club, Mocktails Alcohol Awareness, Cannabis and Legal Highs
“It was great, thanks! I'm sure it was different than what you normally do but I think our kids enjoyed it and
hopefully gave them some stuff to think about. Let me know if you want to do any of my other sessions.”

On the Farlington School Mocktail Day
“Hi, Dann,
Thanks very much again for Friday, the girls really enjoyed it! Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved.
Please do let me know what we need to budget for next year's day.
Sue Farman (Year Head, Farlington School”
Alison Jones, The Y-Centre Horsham on Sam B
I called Sam to check in with him as I haven’t seen him in a while. He has spent time on the farm helping his dad and
is now in Somerset at a wedding. He will be going back to the farm and helping his dad again and has had fun
shooting and doing things her enjoys since he hasn’t been smoking weed. He would like an appointment with Dan
Morris when he comes back. He sounded in good spirits and wanting to move forward with his life.
DS Feedback
“It’s been much better than I expected, especially the understanding, I can tell him anything, and I have even stuff no
one else knows, and he doesn’t judge me”
CA Feedback
“My problem is slowly resolving itself since I sort help”

The status is the clearest indication as to the outcomes endorsed by the recovery star(s)
CA, DS and TT Have all gone from a very low initial recovery star score, to a very high score in almost all area’s
Addiction
Self Esteem
Work
Trust
Mental Health
People with an addiction often score VERY lowly on all aspects. Obviously addiction, but in the case of Cannabis they suffer
paranoia, so have very little trust in anyone, have a low Self Esteem as they find it hard to hold down work, have family
relationship problems.
Gaining peoples trust is a key part to the success process, once you gain this, you can work away from the addiction, with
success as small or large as it maybe gives them a self-esteem boost. By constantly referring back to the Addiction reduction and
the increase in all area’s in backs up the initial decision to quit. In all cases the best result is a clear from Addiction 10 on the
recovery star, and people going back into employment.
