You do not need to do anything. When we launch the enhanced Plan, you will be

Who is allowed to be promoted over to the enhanced Plan?

Yes.
For non-renewed IRs, do they have to pay the renewal fee amount of the
existing Compensation Plan (USD 10) or the renewal fee in the enhanced
Plan (USD 30)?
Non-renewed QNET IRs who would like to be promoted over after the launch of
QNET’s QInfinite enhanced Compensation Plan must pay the renewal fee under
the enhanced Plan. But all non-renewed QNET IRs may take advantage of paying
only USD 10 as part of our launch promo on renewal fees. This will last for only
