The E-Mail Sending module of VISUAL PLANNING allows users to send schedules and planning information via email. It provides a quick and easy way to notify colleagues about changes to schedules or send full schedules to multiple people. The module is compatible with all email systems and requires access to an SMTP server. It has been improved in the latest version of VISUAL PLANNING to provide more powerful email capabilities.
