on existing energy sources e.g. Electricity – Most of the developing countries lack access to reliable
electricity. Green resolution does not work neither - In most of the developing nations, children go to
school hungry every day. Our basic communication medium is hijacked by internet and the fact is over
50% of the world population has no access to the internet. Sooner, billions of people will choose to live in
cities and many of these concentrated human population are located vulnerable to the effects of
extreme weather and climate change also human survival itself in question from catastrophic events.
The Solution
Empyrean ivillage
Empyrean ivillage is a new generation humanised colony that provides optimum sustainable social
ecological ambience. Life made possible with efficient supply – consumer balanced chain from food to
self-healing health system for next generation humans. In this colony, all necessities of life opted to carry
out in a self-sustainable manner with harmony with nature and each other.. The core of this city is
enablement of Blissful humans. Each human is integrated with body - mind transformation enabling them
to know life in its full depth and dimension, and also about expanding the new venues of human
experience making them becoming inclusive.
The Empyrean humanized colony hosted as like portable city that traverse globally on the water surface
or on the air or beyond.

Its location will be auto manoeuvre from time to time that navigate to the ideal location for its optimum
climate aiming at minimum energy consumption and survival. The concept is to continue the evolution of
the best practises how currently non-human being in this planet does e.g birds, fish migrate from one
place to another region geographically based on the climate.
In the past, cavemen did his adventurous journey when he come out of his own cave to hutted village to
other villages along the river and then countries over tree log and then continents over wind driven
sailing ships as we evolved.. But now he is going to take it beyond planet earth.. It will have its
own propeller mechanism to (that can pull itself beyond escape velocities of the planets /stars) to auto
navigate to better best climate for survival and less energy compensation.
Inside the iVillage
In this city, green is integrated into life and everything is feedback driven for self-correcting, improving
track. Basically, each and every dimension (multi dimensional spectrum of factors e.g air quality to

human waste) is monitored, measured and provision set to level that is required for the usage optimally.
In the long run, this capsulized city also caters for human survival against future challenges
- environmental (extreme climate change, heavy downpour, recent rise of earth quakes, snowfalls in the
desert, tsunami ), and more at larger scale challenges such as planet collision, meteor burn down etc
Phases
This sustainable City is envisioned to go live with 4 phase.
Phase 1: Pilot run with selected 200 families with selected variety of livestock across the globe and 30
volunteers across multiple domains. There will be screening process based on the aptitude and attitude.
Scope for phase 1 is to bring up the inner harmony with each other, within each and with nature.
Phase 2: Commercialized rollout. its scope will be limited to within home planet on waters e.g it will auto
navigate to/ from equator based on sun distance, climate, water streams.
Phase 3: Hybrid Flowable. This phase city will acquire the Air flowing Enhancement. e.g. it will auto
navigate to/ from equator based on sun distance, climate, air condition streams.
Phase 4 : Infinity and Beyond - In built Rocket Enhanced release. In this stage, the city acquires
capabilities to backpacking across planets or even stars as human colonise them in the coming decade(s).

change into Blissful generation, problem exists till the end. We, our mindset need to change inside out.
Each human is taken thro body - mind transformation program enabling them to know life in its full depth
and dimension, and also about expanding the new venues of human experience making them becoming
inclusive. This ensures each to see, feel and experience differently, from seeing each human as isolated
zombies beings placed on the Empyrean iVillage (“the Empyrean iVillage was made for us”) to
experiencing each as a self-reflective expression of Empyrean iVillage (“we were made for the Empyrean
iVillage”)

Each human will have their own inner self-awareness that elites to control own body, mind and soul. This
provides an optimum avenue to evolve into Blissful Human empowered to drive at the full potential with
full mental and physical health possible. Human will be uplifted to drive thru full orientation
development program and then reservice refresh from time to time weekly basis.
City will have its own collective social - work rules of engagements. Not everyone will have fixed Monday
to Friday workweek, each is allowed to choose at their own weekdays as long as common proposition is
maintained or set by the village. 7th day is considered as a day of give back. On the 7th day, a few hours
will be spending together for mind enrichment program and for the remaining majority hours, each will
do volunteer for other -Any activity that is dedicated to other colony members and this brings harmony.
Once harmony happens, rest all fall in place.
Circular Need - Sourcing - Supply Controlled consumption Cycle
One of the core principle is that each human is allocated with the measured supply of their own needs ..
e.g. food. food based on climate, health condition based its body needs and for its well being.. not less
and not more. This will lead to maintaining an equilibrium on the ecosystem. The overarching aim is
when each one is audited for the full potential in cohesive way, there will sufficient supply for their
needs. Any limitation on this, becomes every one problem and when everyone takes the responsibility
and resolves. Humanisation happens collectively. Becomes blissful humans.
Bring your own Food - BYOF
Each human is allowed to work for 1/3 of the 24 hours. 70% of the hours are allowed to work based on
this interest based on the job availability. 30% of hours are mandatory to work on the local farm.
Local Farm : Each city will be equipped with its local farm run by citizen. There will be no dedicated so
called farmers ..in other words everyone does the farming.. Everyone is farmer bringing own food. what
cities needs, it has to be sourced from this

Inner farming
Apart from this dedicated farm land, food will be supplemented from inner integrated farming. Auto
water-light control mechanism creates right atmosphere to cherish an environment where no threat of
flash flood or drought. Green will part of everywhere.. ... its everywhere home or office .
GM biotech crops production
Genetically modified crops in plants will be adapted. Plants will be genetically modified so that the it
grows faster/higher germination rate. and rapid corps production. These engineered fruits and vegs has
longer shelf life, resistance to pests, diseases, environmental conditions, reduction of spoilage,

resistance to chemical treatments (e.g. resistance to a herbicide) and aim to enrich with substances that
may offer health benefits and more nutritious. e.g one of its first generation is already available called
transgenic tomato. These will be enhanced to have sprout in the outer space with microgravity, rather
than on Earth.
