This document contains information about structural assistance funds from the European Union for 2007-2013, including: 1) The total volume of structural assistance for this period is 3.4 billion euros, with 55% from the European Regional Development Fund, 34% from the European Social Fund, and 11% from the Cohesion Fund. 2) Payments to beneficiaries from these funds increased each year from 2007 to 2011, with over 500 million euros paid out in 2011. Over 197 million euros had been paid out in the first 5 months of 2012. 3) Over 134 million euros in financing agreements had been made in the first 5 months of 2012 for structural assistance 2007-2013 funds.
