CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
OBJECTIVES
There are two types of objectives:
General Objective: The general objectives of this report are
to evaluate the “Level of employee’s job satisfaction of
Rupali Bank Ltd.”
Specific Objective: The specific objectives are:
(1) To know about the factors that influences the employee’s job
satisfaction.
(2) To know about the feedback of employees related to job
satisfaction.
(3) To give some recommendations for further improvements of
employees satisfaction.
METHODOLOGY
The methodology of the report given below:
Types of data used
I have used both primary & secondary data to conduct the study.
Source of Data: There are two sources of data used in this study such as
a. Primary source:
Questionnaire survey.
b. Secondary source:
Organization’s Annual Report.

1. Target Population: Here the population is all the executives and employees of the
Rupali bank Ltd. Pallabi Branch.
2. Sample Procedure: Non-probability judgmental sampling procedure is used to conduct the
survey.
3. Sample Size: The sample size is 10.
LIMITATIONS
This report is not free from limitations. Moreover, the topic is so much
vast; I was faced some problems while preparing this report. The
limitations acquainted with this report are as the following:
 My internship program was about 12 weeks. This is fairly enough if
I only concentrate on the report only but the thing is during this time
I was busy to continue daily official activities.
 As the bank operates nationwide segment base lot of policies are
made by the higher authority of the country, and as an intern I was
not allowed to get all the information .
 Information related to the HRM is confidential so I couldn’t get
enough information.
