This presentation summarizes a report on evaluating the level of job satisfaction of employees at Rupali Bank Limited. The objectives are to understand the factors influencing job satisfaction, get employee feedback on satisfaction, and provide recommendations. Both primary and secondary data were used, including a questionnaire survey of 10 employees from different departments. Some limitations included the short internship period, inability to access all company information, and confidentiality of some HR data. The presentation is structured with chapters on the company overview and theoretical analysis of job satisfaction.
