Stakeholder is a young 19 year old, his both
parents died when he was 16. He is average height,
handsome with 5kg extra, not very experienced but
curious, full of energy and life, slightly timid and shy,
doesn’t reveal a lot, but when he speaks about his call, his
eyes starts sparkling. He has just finished Aviation
Technical High school and is about to become a pilot.
During the interview he showed quite interest and
knowledge in aviation (I’m not really an expert in the
field). While talking to him I realized that the piloting is
his biggest desire even though he could start working
immediately as an aviation technician or a traffic service
operator.
 PROBLEM/NEED

plans in order to be able to afford the professional
career he chose.
 INSIGHT

learn early that life is hard is on his very important
step in life. Being aware of that, he needs to find the
best possible way to continue pursuing his dream.
