· To improve the efficiency of the circulating water system used for cooling the steam at the
power plant in (AES).
· The analysis of the current system performance curves and providing recommendations on
how to improve the thermal and hydraulic efficiency curves.
· We improve the thermal efficiency to 4% and the hydraulic efficiency curves to 8%, we had
increased energy production at 3% and reduce operating costs to 4%.
· My position in the project was the chief engineer; work with the analysis of the pump and
cooling towers. AES engineer in charge was: Ramiro Rivera
