3. What are we?
El Castillo Fabrega Organizational Center is our family owned 5-star hotel/educational center, built
following a 3-year refurbishment of a 19th century castle.
Since 2005, it has designed and delivered learning programs in organizational development for
worldwide leader companies, universities, and government entities. The company has been
recognized by different institutions in conferences and print -including a case study authored by
INSEAD & RPI’s Jonathan Story- as a paradigm of innovation, family teamwork, and CSR practices.

6. Who are we?
All organizational events are designed and client-customized by the Fábrega family.
The Fábregas, entrepreneurs in service companies, are responsible for the restoration and management
of the historic building. They developed their studies and academic and scientific experience in
Economics, Organizations, Medicine, and Engineering at the Universities of Córdoba and San Luis,
University of CEMA, Torcuato Di Tella University, State University of New York, Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute, and The Wadsworth Center of The New York State Department of Health. Simultaneously,
they carried out their artistic training in music, sculpting, dance, photography, and literature.
