Eid-ul-Fitr is an Islamic festival that marks the end of Ramadan, the month of fasting. It is a three day celebration where Muslims wake up early to pray at mosques together while wearing new clothes. They then feast, visit with family and friends, and donate food to the poor. Eid is celebrated worldwide but is most prominent in countries with large Muslim populations, such as Arabian countries, India, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
